Welcome to our home, a three level, one of a kind modern and upscale retreat tucked into one of East Nashville's most sought after neighborhoods. It's beautiful, it's a little bit special, and we think you're going to love it.

The best hangout spot in the house (in any house, honestly):

Step into the foyer and head up a few stairs to the upper level, where everything comes together. You'll find the kitchen, a built in dining area, and a living room with a pull out sofa, TV, and a working fireplace. There's a bar area and a half bathroom up here too. Just off the living space is a covered deck with outdoor dining and seating for six, plus a gas grill ready whenever you are.

The Bedrooms

Everyone gets a great room with their own bathroom, and every bedroom has a TV.

1. Primary Bedroom (California King)
From the foyer, head down the steps to the middle level to reach the primary suite. It comes with an en suite bathroom (soaking tub and separate stand up shower) and its own covered balcony. We like to call it the "Romance Deck," but if romance isn't on the agenda, it makes an equally lovely "Zen Deck." Your call.

2. Bedroom 2 (Queen)
On the same level, you'll find another private bedroom with a queen bed and a memory foam mattress so comfortable that guests always ask where we bought it. Ask us and we'll happily share. This room has its own full en suite bathroom with a shower and tub combo.

3. Bedroom 3 (Two Twins)
Down on the lower third level, this room has two twin beds with those same cozy memory foam mattresses and a full en suite bathroom with a shower and tub combo. It's the only room on the lower floor, so it's the most private spot in the house.

Everything Else You'll Want to Know

A washer and dryer are ready for you on the middle level.

Parking is easy and always free. You have garage parking plus street parking right out front, with no meters and no time limits, so there's always a spot waiting.

We provide all linens and towels to get you settled in. To start you off, you'll also find a six pack of K-cups for the Keurig, an initial supply of toilet paper, and a few travel size soaps and shampoos for anyone who forgot their own. The kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware you'll need.

Traveling with little ones? A baby tub, pack and play, and high chair are all waiting for you in the primary bedroom closet.

East Nashville is an eccentric area embraced by artists and musicians who have cultivated a creative and laid-back community. Experience the many unique bars and restaurants in the area before heading to the bustling downtown Nashville.

Walking from East Nashville to the other parts of Nashville is pretty much out of the question. You may wish to walk the 1.5 miles to downtown, but we recommend taking an Uber or Lyft (super cheap) if you're not renting a car. Below is a list of distances we are located to the following:
