  • What is your cancelation policy?

    We offer a flexible cancellation policy:


    Full refund- 30 days before check in 

    Partial refund of 50%  – 14 days before check in

    No refund – less than 7 days before check in

  • Do you allow Pets?

    Yes, pets are allowed in most of our homes! We have a $150 standard pet fee that covers up to two pets. There is an additional $50 per pet fee for any additional pets. It is invoiced separately from your reservation during the online check-in process.

  • What time is Check-In & Check-out?

    Check-In is at 4pm.


    Check-out is at 10am.

  • Do you allow early check-in or late check-out?

    Yes! We strive to facilitate early check-ins or late check-outs whenever possible. Yet, a definitive answer can only be provided closer to your stay, as it depends on the availability of the property and the cleaning schedule.


    After booking, you will be able to make a request via our guest app. This will allow us to have visibility of the request as we build out the schedule. We will confirm or decline the request as the date draws near.

  • Do you have baby equipment?

    Yes! We can provide Pack n’ Plays and high chairs upon request.
