The space is absolutely gorgeous. Really close to pretty much everything and the uber rides are cheap. The hosts were super responsive and friendly. They had a guide that explained everything in detail which was really helpful. Pro Tip....there's a brunch spot walking distance away =]. Highly recommend this spot.

Dan and Dina’s place was fantastic, and you could easily tell they are seasoned hosts with how perfectly arranged and organized the place is from top to bottom. The unit was spacious, modern, clean, and nicely furnished. Quiet, safe neighborhood, with incredibly easy access to Geodis Park! Best of Nashville is just a few minutes drive or Uber. I highly recommend- the place is large and nicely divided with the 3 floors.

We stayed here to go to a concert at Geodis stadium and arrived during the soundcheck- I could barely hear it inside unless I opened the window. The place was beautiful and had everything we needed. I would stay here again!

Absolutely fantastic stay! The place was spotless from top to bottom and one of the cleanest Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in. It was comfortable, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a great trip. The host was welcoming, responsive, and made the whole experience seamless. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would absolutely book here again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Nashville!

Let this review be the one that helps you decide. If you’re with a group or with a family. This is the place for you. We were on a family trip, none of us had been to Nashville before and we hadn’t seen each other in a while so naturally there was a little anxiety about our trip but Dan and Dina’s place really ticked a lot of the boxes for us. It was super comfortable and quiet for us. We didn’t want to be in the city, this property is a few mins away from the main streets and there’s a Publix not too far away too. My mum being 80 just wanted to see a few things and then relax in front of the tv with the family. The kitchen was great and the big dining table was where we hung out a lot and had family time. There are good games in the garage to keep kids occupied and my nephew created his own air hockey league over 4 days. Everything was clean and welcoming. We travel light and clean up behind us and like to leave the property as we find it. I would definitely stay here again.

I booked this house for a bachelorette party and we had an amazing time! The rooms weee spacious and private. The patio was the perfect spot to settle in at night and enjoy the weather. The living room and kitchen had everything we needed and more. On top of that, our host was great. They responded quickly when I had questions. Highly recommend this house!

Had a great weekend in Nashville for my daughter’s 21st birthday. The place was only 10 min to downtown and 12 south. Great location to be close, but not too close. The house was super cute and everyone loved it!

Dan and Dina’s home was great! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our daughter’s graduation. The house was very clean, modern, and had plenty of amenities. It was also decorated beautifully, and it was close to everything. We would definitely stay here again and again.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The Airbnb was spotless from top to bottom and had so much space, which made it feel comfortable and relaxing the entire trip. The rooms were well organized, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. You could tell the host really pays attention to detail and takes pride in keeping the place clean and welcoming. The spacious layout made it perfect for relaxing after a long day, and we never felt crowded. Overall, this was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had, and we would definitely stay here again. Great location and very cool home! Hosts were kind and very responsive. The only reason I gave 4/5 stars was due to the AC breaking, and no one could come look at it until the next day. (But I understand appliances break, and it was the weekend.) However, the host did give a partial refund for the inconvenience, and fans were provided in each room! I also really appreciated that brown noise machines were at the home since we were traveling with small children. Overall was very satisfied and would stay here again!

The place was close to broadway and other fun locations. The host were great with communication and the place was exactly how it was described. Would recommend 10 out 10 times.

We had such a great stay at Dan and Dina’s property! I visited with a group of friends while attending a business conference at the Nashville Fairgrounds, and the location couldn’t have been more perfect — just a short and easy walk to the venue. The hosts provided incredibly detailed check-in instructions, which made arrival seamless. The home itself was spacious, beautifully designed, and full of charming Nashville touches that made it feel special. My friends and I were so impressed by how comfortable and thoughtfully set up everything was. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nashville!

This house was amazing. My kids 7 and 13 year old loved it did not want to leave . The adults loved it as well loved the style . Morning coffee on the porch after a cold front felt amazing. We arrived on a SC game day . I had no idea 🤦🏽‍♀️ but it was super easy to access the house still! We walked to the stadium to see and hear the game it was truly amazing. Next to the field was a park as well. Everything was so close we can’t wait to come back.

Came for my birthday with Friends and the trip was absolutely magical. Started and ended at the air bnb where we felt safe and comfortable. Wish I could give more stars!
