Rental Agreement

Age & Occupancy - Renters must be at least 21 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. - The property may not be used by more people than the number of adults and children listed on the reservation. Additional guests beyond the confirmed count are not allowed unless pre-approved prior to the stay. Rental Agreement & Identity Verification - Guests are required to sign a rental agreement and complete a short identity verification process after booking. - Check-in details will not be released until both the rental agreement and identity verification are complete. Guest Conduct - Guests may not engage in illegal activity. - Zero tolerance for the property being used as a "home base" for parties or for visitors coming and going. Quiet Hours - Quiet hours are 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Guests should keep outdoor noise levels down out of respect for neighbors. Smoking - No smoking anywhere on the property, including porches, decks, or outdoor areas. - A $500 fee applies if smoke of any kind is detected in the home. Pets - We welcome dogs, up to two per reservation, with no breed or weight restrictions. A $150 pet fee applies. - Dogs must be housebroken. - Guests must pick up after their dog, both in the yard and elsewhere on the property, and dispose of waste in the designated trash cans/dumpsters. - Dogs should not cause excessive noise. - Guests are responsible for any damage caused by pets, and charges will apply as needed. - If the home requires excessive cleaning due to pets (excessive hair, stains, odor, accidents, etc.), an additional cleaning fee of up to $250 may be assessed. Cleanliness - The standard cleaning fee does not cover excessive mess. Guests are asked to leave the space in good condition and follow check-out instructions to avoid additional fees. - An additional cleaning fee of up to $500 may apply for violations of house rules or excessive cleaning required. Decorations - No glitter or confetti, and no tape, tacks, or other adhesives on any surfaces, including wallpaper. - All decorations must be removed before departure. Security - Exterior video cameras are in use for safety.
