I was in Nashville for a wedding and this beautiful home was perfectly located for it! We had a great stay and Erik was friendly and very responsive when needed.

Our stay was fantastic! The location is great, and it’s such a unique space. It was a quiet neighborhood, and Erik was a great host! The place was clean, spacious and better than we could have hoped for!

Erik was a wonderful host and the home was everything we hoped for thank you!!!

We stayed for my 50th bday bash and brought our daughters along . It was an amazing home with such an authentic Nashville feel . We made such precious memories and will definitely be back to book this same home ! Thank you

Erik’s place was exactly like the pictures. Clean, spacious, short drive to everything, stocked with everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and stay again if available. Like others have said, there are stairs and some highway noise but it didn’t bother our group at all. Great stay.

The stay was brilliant. The location was about 12 minutes from downtown which meant driving around Nashville city or getting an uber were both suitable options. The property was clean and tidy and the beds were super comfy. Having a private garage was very useful. The only problem we encountered was that upon arrival, the code we were given to enter the property did not work, despite trying other codes sent by the support team, these also did not work which meant we were stuck outside for a while trying to sort this out. Luckily it was sorted and we were given manual keys.

Wonderful stay at the place - exactly as described! It is in a busy intersection noise from the freeway but they have white noise machines and also portable fans to help with that. Location can’t be beat! Garage is awesome to have as well and easy to get in and out of. Didn’t use kitchen much but it’s fully stocked. Everything was great! As a host myself of quite a few properties I felt they really did a great job thinking of everything and it was super clean as well.

This was the perfect location. It was a short drive to everything we wanted to do. It was very clean and the pictures and description on AirB&B were perfect. We would stay here again!

Came for a 21st birthday weekend & this home was perfect! It was super comfortable & such a fun place to hangout & take pictures!

Cute place and very clean

Erik was a very responsive host from beginning to end of our stay. If I had any questions he would be quick to respond to my needs. The place itself was just like the pictures. I don’t have a negative thing to say about the property itself but the only negative was the loud traffic noise late at night and in the mornings. It was hard to sleep in the upstairs room due to that but this at no fault of the owner and it’s written in previous comments and description that it’s close to a busy intersection/interstate. The proximity to much of the activities we did was close so we appreciated that. All in all my family of 3 enjoyed our stay.

Clean, nice Airbnb only 10 minutes from downtown by car. Erik responded very quickly and was always ready to help. Very nice stay!

Great home. Looked exactly like the pictures. It is a 3 level home where the 1st floor is like the mud room/entrance of the house. 2nd level is the main floor & all rooms on the 3rd level. Those with issues climbing stairs should be mindful of that. Besides that, the home is great & was just enough space for my family.

The house itself was great. Everything worked without issue and the amenities were as described and pictured. Erik, the host, was exceptional. Very responsive and attentive. Instructions were as clear as could be and check-in and check-out was incredibly smooth.

Home is identical to photos. Very clear and easy instructions for easy check in, and check out. Home had all amenities you should need. Very clean, and tidy. Short Uber ride anywhere we wanted to go. Neighborhood felt safe with no issues. Host is very responsive. We can wait to stay again when we return to the area!

Just like the pictures! It was a great space and the host was very responsive. It was great to have a garage since it was raining when we arrived, but definitely note that a full size truck was a tight fit.

House was stocked with all needs plus extra. Home was clean and great communication with owner. My first time to rent Airbnb and I was very nervous but great experience.

The home is in a great location, close to the city and in an area that feels safe. It’s adorable and has so much personality in the decorations. The bunk beds were perfect for the kids and having a bathroom and each bedroom was a huge plus!

Couples trip for a concert and more great Nashville music. Visited the Opry, Hemitage and the listening room. Location was close enough to everything. Very clean.

We would highly recommend Erik’s place. Not only did it absolutely look like the photos online, but it had such a comfortable and welcoming feel. Erik was very attentive and responsive. The decorations were a fantastic walk through music history and all of the amenities were well kept and clean. Such a great personal touch to have coffee beans and creamer and some snacks ready for us upon arrival. Having a private garage with entrance off of the garage was a huge advantage that we were so thankful for. We look forward to referring other others to stay here and hope to return again someday.

Clean, comfortable and close to everything but far enough away to be out of the busyness, good stay for a weekend or for a week good space for a small family

We had a great stay. The place was very clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. The location was convenient and made it easy to get around the area. The only small drawback was some traffic noise at night, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. We would happily stay here again.

We absolutely loved Erik’s place. Location was great, and easy access. Felt right at home.

Don’t let bunk beds fool you! This place is not appropriate for families. It’s located right off the freeway, and the Saturday night we were there, there was a large party across the street only a few hundred feet away until 3am with a ton of people, loud music, burn outs and street racing! I’m sure this would be an okay place if you were just bar hopping and needed a place to crash but that’s all I’d say it would be attractive for. The space itself was great but the location was not.

This location was great for getting around and close to downtown. The space was clean, easy to find, and host was easy to get in touch with if needed.

This was the perfect place for us to stay on our Nye. Everything was so clean and comfortable.

Great stay! Host always friendly and responsive. Location great to downtown and mall area. Traffic a bit noisy in the mornings but nothing too overwhelming. Home was clean and inviting. We enjoyed our stay and our kids did as well.

Nice place, but very noisy! Though the house was great, the neighborhood was less desirable! Lock your doors and secure your valuables. Erik was the perfect host. He was very responsive when we had a small issue, which we found a solution and was able to take care of it quickly.

If we make another trip to the area, this is where we will stay. It was fresh and clean, which is very important to me. The vibe and decor was perfect for Nashville, we loved it. We spent most of our time on Broadway; it was a short inexpensive uber drive.

Erik was great to communicate with. If we had any questions or issues he was right on top of it with getting us answers. Having the garage to park in was great!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless, with plenty of room and super comfortable beds. The location was perfect — close to everything we wanted to do in Nashville. We really appreciated being able to check in early and check out late, which made our trip so much easier. Our host was great about checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly.
