This vacation finally made it out of the group chat — and it meant the world to us. As our elders age, we realized we were only gathering in moments of loss, and we wanted to change that. So 25 of us came together for our first Family Nash Bash Thanksgiving and were grateful to call Acoustic & Banjo home. The homes were beautifully prepared and the most well-stocked properties we’ve ever stayed in — perfect for hosting an epic holiday meal. The games and shuffleboard kept everyone entertained, and the bathroom amenities felt like a luxury hotel. We did experience a heat outage mid-stay, which was stressful for a group our size. However, Sammy was responsive, empathetic, and professional. She listened, acted quickly, and escalated concerns to Airbnb to ensure a fair and thoughtful resolution. Despite the challenge, we left full of gratitude: for family, for time together, and for a space that helped us build memories we’ll cherish. Thank you for hosting us.

These two houses were perfect for our group of 13 celebrating a bachelorette weekend! Our original rental canceled on us, so we were so happy to find this one. We were a little nervous about it having no reviews, but everything turned out sooo great. The hosts were very responsive, friendly, and easy to communicate with. Check-in was smooth and simple, and both houses were exactly as described. Everything was clean and fresh when we arrived. The beds were super comfy, there were extra fans and blankets, and the house was stocked with things we might need like extra TP and laundry pods. They even left a thoughtful welcome gift for us. The location felt very safe, and a perfect distance to downtown, ubers were cheap! There were bathrooms in basically every room, which gave everyone plenty of space to get ready, and they even provided makeup remover towels for everyone which was great. Everything worked perfectly, no issues the whole time. So thankful to have found this place!!!

This was a wonderful place to stay for my sister's bachelorette! Hallston Hospitality was responsive and allowed us to leave our belongings after check out. Would totally recommend to anyone looking for a clean, safe, and comfortable experience in Nashville!

We had a great stay while in town for a girls soccer tournament. Parking was easy. Very close to downtown to drive or uber. Enterprise rental car is within walking distance. The host is very quick to respond.

Our family and friends had a great stay! The home was very clean, beautifully decorated, and in a fantastic location. We loved being close to great coffee shops, antique stores, and downtown Nashville while still having a comfortable place to relax together at the end of the day. We’d happily stay here again!

Communication leading up to the trip was very helpful. The house was beautifully decorated, clean and had everything we needed. Every room had its own bathroom which was perfect for a group of couples. The top decks were great to hang out on and the main living space was roomy and great for entertaining. Great location in a quiet neighborhood, We walked to the gultch for breakfast one morning. Loved our stay!

Can’t say enough amazing things about my stay. We rented both the banjo and acoustic houses for a combined bachelor/bachelor party and it was the perfect space for 18 of us. Everyone has their own beds and ensuite bathrooms fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lots of towels. The host was extremely communicative and accommodating. I would highly recommend these places.

Great place! Beautiful house so clean and great location!

The host was prompt about responding. They left an AMAZING coffee which everyone raved about. The house is in excellent location and was clean however things were broken including one of the stoves in one unit. They did offer to have maintenance come in to address the issue but we had already opted to get crockpots to have our meals in for the weekend so we didn't have to have maintenance in the house during our stay. I was happy with their communication but unfortunate that we had to reach about a number of issues hopefully they will get them resolved after we checked out!
