We had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as shown in the photos. Clean, spacious, and beautifully furnished. We especially loved the artwork on the walls, which gave the space a unique and welcoming feel. The location was great, with easy access to downtown, making it convenient to explore the area. The host was also very communicative and responsive throughout our stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely recommend staying here!

Very nice place. Convenient to downtown. We were initially concerned about parking but there were no issues. There was plenty of street parking. We were able to park right in front of the house. Easy check in. We will definitely stay here on our next visit.

We had a great stay as a three kid, three adult family trip! The neighborhood is quiet and has two of our favorite, easy restaurants just up the street. The park across the street is really fun for kids and had great fire flies. Location was perfect and easy to park and get around with our rental car. All amenities were provided and working. The decor was minimal and tasteful, mostly easy to kid proof except the three flights of stairs which we tried to block for our crawler. I didn't realize how central they would be to the floor plan, which only matters if you have really small kids. Not a review of the house, just something to note. Loved all the screened outdoor spaces and we really enjoyed our time here!

Amazing house, loved the layout and decor. Perfect for our group- everyone had their own space and bathroom. Very convenient to downtown- a quick uber/lyft ride to broadway. Plenty of free street parking. Neighborhood looks a little rough, but we had no safety concerns during our stay. Would definitely stay again.

Looking for something outside of downtown and found this gem. Pictures don’t do it justice. This place was amazing and definitely worth not staying downtown. House was clean and had the best to offer. We definitely enjoyed the private hot tub every night. Was nice to have the 3 1/2 bathrooms with a family of five. Plenty of seating and beds with the three story house. Was just within a short 10 min drive to downtown which made it nice. Greg was very responsive when needed. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone going. Hope to be back and stay there again.

Great place. The neighborhood was quiet, other than a few people we saw walking dogs there wasn’t much foot or car traffic. Place was very clean and comfortable. There are a few walkable places close to the house, but a short 5 min uber ride will get you to the 5 points area where you can walk around to many good local bars and restaurants. It’s was also only about a 5 min uber to broadway as well.

The house is super clean, comfortable with plenty of room! The beds were super comfy .. didn’t want to get out of it. The hot tub and back yard was a perfect oasis, very private and peaceful. I highly recommend this stay !!

Beautiful home! Everything was well thought out, spared no expense!

We had a wonderful time here! It met all our needs for cooking on Christmas Day and having a fun family time. The hot tub was truly Hot! Very relaxing! The beds are comfortable also.

The house is immaculately cleaned. Great amenities, very fun, modern decor, very spacious! Outdoor area that we did not use much because it’s winter, but fantastic place for spring, summer and fall! Vibe is absolutely perfect for the Nashville scene. Greg was very responsive to messages. There was a coffee and tea station and some little snacks. It was a quick Uber ride to downtown and the Ubers/Lyfts are fast to pick you up. The neighborhood seemed very quiet. Parking was easy. Right in front of the house. As someone who is also a host of an Airbnb, I could confidently recommend Greg and his home as a place to stay!! Everyone in our group loved the place!

This is my favorite Airbnb ever! It was spacious, new, superclean, high-end, close to everything...my family and I had a blast making memories over Thanksgiving weekend. I could not have wanted more....it had everything we needed plus more.

Beautiful space. We stay in a ton of Airbnb's and this was one of the best built and decorated I've been in. The design was done with care and on the high-end side. Everything was super easy, he had a whole pre-check in portal/website, very streamlined and highly recommended.

Everything was perfect. The house, cleanliness, the host. Definitely will be back and recommend.

We had a fantastic weekend in Nashville celebrating my daughter’s 21st birthday. Greg’s home is just as beautiful as all the photos. And the location was unbearable - so close to everything Nashville! We will definitely be back and already have recommended to friends!
