David was so very kind and made sure everything was as expected. He also gave us wonderful recommendations on where to go for food and entertainment. The home was so beautiful, beds were super comfortable, extremely clean and the hot tub was an extra nice bonus. There were lots of spots close to the house to go but getting a ride from this home to anywhere we wanted to go was no problem. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay. It was a nice central location in East Nashville, where we were away from the craziness of downtown but yet close enough for everything I wanted to do. Peaceful neighborhood. The house was absolutely gorgeous. We loved the hot tub and the lighting in the backyard. My only complaint is that we had to leave and go back to reality.

We had a great stay at Christina & David's place for our first visit to Nashville. All rooms were beautiful and spacious. The hot tub was very clean and a nice perk! The communication was quick and thorough. The neighborhood was very nice & quiet, besides the train but we enjoyed seeing it go by and it wasn't obnoxious. Ubers were quick and affordable to the East Nashville bars/restaurants and to Broadway. Highly recommend this home and would definitely return!!

I love everything about this property.. The house was very clean and spacious! My boys and I enjoyed the hot tub and arcade games. The hosts were helpful and friendly also. We will most definitely be booking this property again!!

Cannot recommend this space enough! Spacious, luxurious, perfect for a group. Plenty of hangout spaces — we especially loved the back porch & yard. We loved the walk ability of the space to the local recommendations. Also, I’m into catching some fitness on vacation so I was very excited after booking to see it was just down the road from a massive YMCA with an outdoor pool and the neighborhood was safe for running as well!!

The hosts were great at communicating and gave clear instructions. They were quick to respond to any questions we had. The whole process was simple and would definitely stay with them again.
