Great place to stay if you’re wanting to be super close to Broadway. This was my first time ever renting a VRBO so I really didn’t know what to expect. It was also my first time experiencing the Nashville nightlife. We had 11 people total end up staying. Some chose to sleep on the pull out couches rather than share a bed since the couches were bigger, however there was still plenty of room. Some of the beds are rather high up so we had to pivot on where to put certain people, which worked out. Be forewarned, the Cityside is definitely louder. If you don’t plan on staying out late and are a light sleeper, the couch or the Riverside will best. But it is a great option to look below and people watch! Seriously, the location was perfect. You’re just barely off Broadway, plus 2 ice cream stores across the street! The parking garage is a short walk but you can unload/load right in front if the area isn’t already taken. The place was clean and had everything we needed. We did need to request more of something, which we received right away. Communication was great and I loved that I could just text any questions and get a response. We felt secure in there as well since the elevator had a special code to get to our floor. It was weird at first “living” above the store and having to come in after hours but we got over it after the first night. It also helped that all the employees were super nice as well. I would definitely consider staying here again with a large group.

Perfect setup for a large crowd. Totally blew away my expectations. Would definitely go back. Been to Nashville several times and will never stay anywhere else again.

We chose this place for its location and space. We had 16 guests looking for a place in downtown Nashville where we could walk to everything. It was perfect. The place was immaculate and equipped with everything we needed and more. We were celebrating birthdays and they even supplied a birthday cake, balloons and a few little gifts! We were traveling with young and more mature guests and it was equipped to entertain both. While the cost was not inexpensive, given the location, beautifully decorated and ample space, cleanliness and host communication, it was worth the cost. We would absolutely rent this place again if we needed the space and location!

A must rent condo. Far exceeded our expectations. Condo is well stocked and perfect for a large group. Location could not be better. We will definitely be returning soon. Thanks for a great time.

We went to French’s with a group of 14 family members (7 adults and 7 kids) and loved it. It is spacious, well-decorated, and in a great location. A few specifics - There was some noise at night from the city but it didn’t keep anyone up. - The welcome package had exceptional wine and coffee.

We absolutely loved our stay and it was great for our family. Separate rooms and areas for all of our family members. Shockingly quiet given it's proximity to the bars/shopping. We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend to others interested.

We were a group of three couples and we all felt like this location could not be beat! So close to walk to everything on Broadway or even a Titan’s game. We rented both condos and they were very nice (matched the photos). Nice beds, all furnishings, well stocked kitchen (we made breakfast in everyday). Host was very responsive through chat on Airbnb. Very satisfied with our stay and if we return to Nashville, would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful apartment in a great location. Perfect for 4 couples traveling with enough room to have privacy while still being together. Close to everything! Very comfortable and spacious! Hosts were great! We were there on a holiday weekend and they were still wonderful about checking with us to make sure everything was great!

Excellent downtown location with room for everyone in my family. Very spacious and had every amenities you could ask for. Right in the heart of downtown Nashville you can walk to everything from here!

Great location and the condo was spacious and beautiful. We walked everywhere with ease and it was very safe. The condo was clean, plenty of towels and lots of amenities. Entry can be a little tricky with the codes. Well worth the price! Check out time is early at 10am.

We visited Nashville with a group of ten family members. This was an excellent location. The property is spacious and beautiful and-- when divided up amongst travelers-- much more reasonable than the hotel cost. It allowed us to be together while also having our own space. It's close to Broadway yet quiet. We highly recommend for groups who want a close location with absolutely beautiful accommodations!

Easy to check in with quick communication. We had a group of 13 and had plenty of room for everyone. Great location right off broadway to quickly get to food and live music.

If you are looking for a place close to Broadway this is it. Beautiful set up, updated decor and very spacious. It is just like the pictures. It is two separate apartments with one large gathering place in the middle with a pool table. Comfortable beds and anything you would want in a kitchen. Located right next to the new Luke Combs bar and a block from Kid Rock , Chiefs, Jelly Roll’s bar and other popular destinations. Everything is within walking distance. We stayed Tues-Thurs and had NO noise issues as far as loud music etc. There was an unloading zone right out front which was convenient to load and unload our luggage. I would stay here again!!

Great spot with plenty of room right in the bustle of downtown Nashville. Easy to get into and the layout was really nice for a larger group with two distinct wings that was perfect for our family friend who stayed with us as part of the youth soccer tournament. No complaints and highly recommend. There is no parking (expected) but the garage is close but adds about $60/day in costs as anyone is planning their trip.

LOVED THE PLACE!!! only negative thing is finding parking. parking lots are pain ass if you have more then one car on SAME credit card and each car comes in at different times. leave parking lot is a NIGHTMARE!!

Our family absolutely loved our stay in Nashville at French's Loft! The Hallson's home was beautiful and exceeded our expectations, it was just as convenient and lovely as described. We had no problems what so ever during our visit. We felt very safe and appreciated the easy, stress-free parking at a garage just minutes away.. The location offered fantastic access to everything, allowing us to explore without worrying about driving. The beds were so comfortable and everyone had plenty of space. We would truly recommend this beautiful place to anyone visiting Nashville! Our family made alot of great memories celebrating 4th of July. Thank you again. Marvin and Carolyn Minor Family.

We had an awesome time at this Hallson property, and would recommend it to anyone interested in being near Broadway without compromising quality. The only developmental feedback for the team is to make sure the codes for the doors are correct on the guest instructions - we had a heck of a time trying to get in after hours.

Me and my crew were working at the Four Seasons for a week so I needed to find a place close by for us that was easy to get back and forth. This apartment was perfect for that. It's definitely a little funky with the entrance being inside a retail store, but it was kinda cool once I had the right codes for the door and the elevator. once inside I realize that we had the entire floor to ourselves so it felt very private. It's actually set up as 2 two bedroom apartments with access to both as a four bedroom. That meant we had two living rooms, two kitchens and in the middle was the billiard room. Two bedrooms bookended the apartment. The place was very clean and the hosts were super responsive to anything we needed. And even though it's on a busy street the noise was relatively low. Kitchens were decently appointed, as we like to cook when we travel. Bathrooms and toiletries were great. Even had washer and dryers. I would recommend this spot all day every day.

Gorgeous property. 10/10 location. Beds were incredibly comfy and the small details (makeup wipes, complimentary wine, extra towels) all added up. I’d definitely stay here again. My only critique would be the check in process is convoluted. I think if they can streamline it or have someone there to greet you it would be 1000% better.

Best air bnb in Nashville one minute walk to broadway

The actual accommodations exceeded our expectations. We rented both advertised units which are extremely spacious and beautifully decorated condos. Our only concern was for 3 of the 4 days of our stay we had no WiFi which also meant that none of 7 big screen SMART tv's were of use without internet. I sent a text the first hour after we arrived that it wasn't working. Hallson's reply was: " The WiFi is managed directly by the building, so unfortunately, we're unable to assist with that. Sorry for the inconvenience." After many texts and calls over the next two days, they did finally send out an IT tech and got it working less then 24 hours before we checked out.

Beautiful property! We loved the condo and loved being in walking distance to everything downtown! Very clean and furnished with everything we needed. Communication with the host was great!

We had a great time and the space was immaculate and well appointed. Perfect location and that’s what you are paying for so close to the action (bring ear plugs if you plan to sleep before 2am) We will be back-just have to save some money!!!

This space has a very unique layout, and the location can’t be beat. The team was responsive throughout our entire trip and made check-in, check-out, and everything in between as smooth as can be.

we loved our stay all Hallsons. The location was awesome and walkable to anything you’d like to do. It’s right next store to some bars but is not too loud when you’re upstairs. Overall amazing place and will stay again!
