We stayed for a bachelorette weekend and this house was perfect. It had plenty of space, was beautifully designed, and was only a short ride to Broadway. Bonus for having 4 full bathrooms - a huge plus with a house full of women! Highly recommend!

This place was beautiful and exceeded my expectations. The host was very responsive and attentive. There were plenty of amenities and the home very well stocked. I would stay here again.

Stayed here for a weekend gal’s trip and had the best time! The space felt safe. Location is also PERFECT for getting out and exploring Nashville. Would recommend this place to anyone!

Great place to stay! It had everything we needed for the few days!

Our two families had a great stay at 8th and Argyle Charm. The townhome was decorated very tastefully, beds were comfortable, kitchen was well-equipped, and living room sofas were oversized and cozy. The location was convenient for getting around, and communication with the host was impeccable. Just for your knowledge, it is on a very busy street where the living room and primary bedroom get a majority of the noise. We did have some neighbors partying until 3-4am which isn't the hosts fault but something to take into consideration when being in a townhouse community.

We had a great stay! It was the perfect place for my sister's bachelorette trip. We loved the space, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The host was friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We would definitely book here again!

Awesome spot. Very well located. Garage parking was really convenient. Very spacious with a lot of small touches inside the home. Great weekend spot for friends or large families.

Beautiful place to stay, fit all of our group comfortable and then some! 5 minute drive or uber from Broadway and even then wanted to come back to the house to hang out becaise it was so nice to spend time on the balcony and living spaces!

Our daughters' condo flooded and we needed a place asap to figure out all the next steps. 8th And Argyle was accommodating to our situation and very helpful with early check in and great communication. The place is really beautiful and well maintained. The highlight was having a two car garage which is unheard of in Nashville. Highly recommend you will not be disappointed!

The only suggestion we had was to put some kind of black out curtain on garage door! Great trip with amazing friends!

We had an awesome time celebrating my daughters 30th birthday with friends and family and CHARM was the perfect place for us all to stay. Loved the decor, nice garage easy to get in and out or, plenty of bedroom and bathroom space - overall an excellent stay!!

I had a great stay at this modern townhouse on 8th Avenue in Nashville. The location is fantastic—about 10 minutes from downtown, and getting an Uber to Broadway or other spots was always quick and easy. The house itself is beautiful and very well designed, spread across four levels with plenty of space. With multiple bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, it’s perfect for larger groups and comfortably sleeps 10–12 people. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating throughout the stay. They were flexible with early check-in and late check-out whenever feasible, as long as we communicated in advance, which made the trip much smoother. The little touches also stood out—a thoughtful welcome note and a bottle of champagne waiting for us when we arrived really set the tone for the stay. Overall, it’s a modern, spacious, and well-located place that worked perfectly for our trip. We were also lucky to get it at a great discounted rate, which made the experience even better. The 8th and Argyle place was super spacious and clean. It easily fit 7 of us. check in was easy and we had no issues at all. I believe the space is newly constructed and it was super comfortable. I highly recommend this property. It is a bit of a walk to Broadway where the bars are, we ended up taking lyfts and Uber. They were inexpensive so it worked out.

We had a great stay. The place was perfect for our group of 12. Easy to find, easy check-in, and good location. The place was clean & comfortable. The hosts were very friendly and offered lots of information to make it an easy trip. Also left a sweet gift for our bride & groom upon arrival. Would definitely recommend this place!

We had a wonderful stay during our weeklong trip to Nashville. Highly recommend.

Great location. The only issues were the dining chairs that were unstable with 2 of our guests falling when they sat down. Thankfully no one was hurt. The other issue is that it was cold so we turned on the heater, it was either way too hot on one floor then way too cold on the other. Host was responsive and everything was very clean.

We loved our stay here! The pictures were very accurate and the house was great. Very clean and organized! This was a perfect spot for our large group. Plenty of bedrooms and baths and a large, open area where we could all hang out together on the main floor! We would definitely stay in one of their properties again.

We had a fantastic stay at this house in Nashville. The location is ideal, just a short drive or reasonable walk to Broadway, amazing restaurants and bars, and coffee spots, which made exploring super easy. The space was large, clean, comfortable, and stylish with thoughtful touches and good natural light throughout. We loved the patio at the top floor to sit and decompress between day and night activities! There was plenty of room for our group to have privacy while still being close to one another. It was also very easy to get back and forth from downtown with Ubers. The host was responsive and helpful, and we highly recommend this place!

We had a great stay at Charm! The furniture was comfortable and the rooms were spacious. Plenty of room for our party of 6. We rented a vehicle so it was nice to have a garage to park in. Felt very safe. Great location to the main attractions. Will stay again!
