Really really loved my stay here. It was a little far from broadway, but it’s such an amazing house that fit a large group comfortably that is was worth it in all regards!

We had a wonderful time in Joelton, TN and the house was perfect for our group of 18! The house was immaculate, beds were very comfortable and the house was stocked with everything and more. Ryan was very responsive and we would definitely recommend this gem!

We have stayed in many vacation homes over the years, and yours was truly the best vacation house we have ever had. Every detail was thoughtfully considered. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the linens and bathroom towels were the best we have ever experienced in a rental property. It felt like staying in a luxury resort while still enjoying all the comforts of home. The kitchen was equally impressive. It had everything we could possibly need—and then some. It was clear that a great deal of care went into making sure guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience. Beyond the amenities, the home itself was beautiful, welcoming, and perfectly maintained. It made our trip especially relaxing and memorable. Thank you again for sharing your amazing home with us. We truly appreciated every aspect of our stay and would not hesitate to return or recommend your property to others.

Wonderful family vacation plenty of things to do for all ages, comfortable beds, separate spaces, and gathering places. Great dining space for our large group was perfect. A great meeting spot for our family coming from multiple states. A respite outside of the city yet accessible by car and Uber. Hosts were super accommodating!!

The house was great for our family vacation with 9 adults and 5 kiddos all 3 years old or younger! Spending the day at the pool was a favorite for all of us. Inside the kitchen was well stocked with about every cooking appliance we could imagine and also had basic spices. The beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms were nicely decorated. The family room was big enough for all of us to spend time together and play games after the kids were in bed. The basement was a great place for entertaining when we couldn't be by the pool. The hosts were great- replied to our messages promptly and were very freindly and helpful in answering our questions. We would definitely stay here again if we came to the Nashville area in the future!

Wow. What a stay. We absolutely loved this place, beautiful setting totally secluded and private, the kids spent every evening playing baseball on the field whilst the adults had a drink around the amazing campfire. The pool area was lovely. But the stand out thing for all of us was the absolutely amazing beds, you will not find a comfier bed anywhere I challenge you! Everything is so well stocked as well so we cooked some amazing meals! Thank you guys we loved it 🥰

We had an amazing experience staying at Ryan and Ainsley’s property in Nashville. From the moment we booked, they were incredibly proactive, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure our stay went smoothly. Communication was effortless both before and during the trip, which we really appreciated. The home itself sits up a hill along a long private driveway, giving it a peaceful, tucked‑away feel. The neighborhood is super quiet — a perfect escape from the city rush. We were a group of 13, a mix of adults and kids, and everyone had a fantastic time. The house was spotless and thoughtfully stocked, which made it feel like a true home away from home. The amenities were next‑level. The hot jacuzzi was a huge hit, and honestly, the home had everything — a movie theater, a pool, a karaoke setup with a stage… you name it, it was there. There was always something fun to do. If you’re looking for a place that offers comfort, entertainment, and space to truly relax and bond, go here.

We had a large group and everyone thoroughly enjoyed this home. The pictures really don’t do justice to how nice it is. The entire home was fully stocked with everything we needed for everyone from the kids to the adults to feel right at home. I would recommend this home to anyone traveling to the Nashville area, you would not be disappointed!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The home was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. Check-in was smooth, the host communicated quickly, and all instructions were clear. The location was convenient, and the space had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The house was beautiful, the sofas and beds were cozy. The movie theater was a great place to kick back and unwind. and the screened in deck was THEE perfect place to have breakfast and play music on the Sonos. It was a great vibe! Sad we couldn’t stay longer.

Could nit of asked for better place. Daughters wedding weekend. Would recommend more than 5 stars if I could. Will stay for any up coming events. Highly recommend.

What a great place for a large group stay! As long as you understand where you are located in terms of going out in Nashville you'll be happy. We wanted something secluded with a lot of space, but can still take ubers to downtown. Back and fourth would be alot if thats something you're interested in. The house itself is amazing, exactly as pictured with lots to do and was very clean. Hosts were easy to communicate with and provided helpful information and were very timely. Very happy with our stay and would recommend to other large groups.

Amazing find! Everyone in our group was looking forward coming back and I hope we are back. This is a great space especially if you have kids (pool, playground area, hot tub, space to run around). It was nice to just let kids be running around outside without worrying. The house is a home with key essentials stocked. Movie theater room was great for the kids to hang while parents relaxed. Future staycation for sure.

Prefect for our group of 12. We also had a catering company come in and they had all they needed to produce a few excellent meals. Would come back again!

This house was amazing! It was the ideal location to have friends and family gather for my 40th birthday party! We could not have asked for a better property, location or guests. We had some concerns as to whether or not Uber and Lyft would operate so far into the country. We had absolutely zero issue using them to transport guests to and from the airport. I would absolutely recommend this listing to anyone looking for a private, large group getaway!

Wow! What incredible hosts and what a beautiful space Ryan and Ainsley have created. I am hesitant to write a review simply because we rent Airbnbs often in TN, and this one quickly became my favorite. The decor inside, the linens, the beds, the pillows, the stocked kitchen, everything labeled, the fire pit, the smores- they thought of everything- literally everything. I am blown away by not only their impeccable space and attention to detail but also their hosting and service to us during our stay. I 10/10 recommend renting this home for family gatherings and getaways, a peaceful retreat while still being close to Nashville. Thank you both for an incredible stay.
