Terry’s place was well-maintained and very cozy! It was close to downtown so it made going around easy.

The place was great! It looked exactly like the photos, was clean, peaceful, and in a great location. It was super easy to get around and only about 5–10 minutes from Broadway, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it!

Terry’s home was a great find for my trip. The pictures online do it no justice! The home was very well put together and spacious. Terry was proactive and responsive. The home is also conveniently located less than 10 minutes from Nashville in a safe, quiet area. When I return to Nashville, I will stay at one of her properties again.

This place is AWESOME! We really enjoyed our stay here. Terry was super quick to check in and provide details about our stay, we got to check in early which was really nice. The location was 10/10, it was close to everything and the ubers were a good price. Beautiful home !!

We stayed here for a bachelorette party and it was perfect! The house fit us comfortably and the amenities were above and beyond. It’s close to restaurants and stores and a short Lyft drive to broadway . I would stay here again!

The place was awesome for me and my family. Very clean and had all the amenities and more. It's near all of Nashville's attractions. There is a basketball and pickleball court across the street which fits perfectly for our family. I would highly recommend this location for your stay in Nashville!
