We had a great experience staying at the Casa Shelby. The home was very clean, very spacious, plenty of room for our family of four, and in a walkable neighborhood with easy access to the city. Plenty of amenities were provided by Jeff and Shannon, as well as very clear instructions for check-in / check-out, house rules, etc. Having a garage to park in was also a very nice perk that several other rentals in the vicinity did not have. We would definitely stay there again, and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in East Nashville.

Great place

The townhouse was wonderful. We loved the location because it was a short drive to downtown and walkable to restaurants in East Nashville. The house was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. There was plenty of parking in front of the house. There were three sets of stairs to get to the lower level. Two of them were not that many stairs. This was fine for us because we put our daughter and her friend down there and they had their own private area. We would absolutely stay there again if we come back to Nashville.
