The 2 townhouses worked great for our large group with enough space to spread out as well as hang out together. The beds were comfy, the kitchens equipped to cook and everything was very clean! The thorough directions/information shared was super helpful and communication with Rob was very smooth. If I am back in Nashville again with a large group, I would stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. It wasn't far from Broadway, which made it easy to get around and enjoy the area. The city view was a great bonus too. We'd definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting!

We had the BEST girls trip at Rob's place! The two townhomes side by side were perfect for our group of 10. We had so much fun in the garages and it was super easy going between them. Rooms were spacious and clean and everyone had plenty of space. We were also able to walk to a ton of restaurants and bars, the location is amazing!! I would 100% stay again and highly recommend to anyone visiting Nashville!

Did a joint bachelor/ bachelorette trip and it was PERFECT. So much space and the entertainment areas in the garages were great. Perfect location walking distance to The Gulch and never paid more than $10 for an uber to broadway. Couldn’t be more impressed with the space and amenities. Wish we could stay forever! 10/10 recommend.

Can't beat this location! New, modern, clean townhouses convenient to all things Nashville. The stairs were alot for our senior group, particularly hauling luggage up and down. Great and responsive communication!

Both condos were stunning- modern, spacious, and beautifully designed. Everyone had their own bedroom and en-suite, which were simply gorgeous. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could ever need. Rob was the most responsive host I have ever had the pleasure to work with. He sent a very comprehensive e-book in advance of our stay that I was able to share with my team, which was very thoughtful. I highly recommend renting these condos for anyone looking to experience Nashville in style. The combination of location, luxury and hospitality made our trip unforgettable.
