Great location to everything from 5-10 mins driving distance. The host was very responsive and nice. The home was fully loaded with all your needs for a lot of guests.

The condo itself was beautiful, a huge space, and matched the description perfectly. The host was responsive 24/7 and provided us with all of our needs!! Super close to Broadway. It was the perfect accomodation for a weekend away!

10/10 would recommend this place to anyone thinking about booking. Everything was about 10 mins away and the place looks just like the pictures! Clean and felt comfortable. I would stay here again.

We had a great stay. Very clean, perfect distance from Broadway.

The accommodations were perfect for our group of 9 ladies for our birthday celebration weekend. Location was convenient and easy to get Uber to Broadway. There were also other transportation options offered which we used a couple times. Very clean, plenty of beds and bathroom spaces for all of our group. We throughly enjoyed. May need to keep in mind there are lots of stairs though, especially if you are sleeping on top floor. Totally fine for our group, but worth mentioning. Definite, would recommend!

stayed here for a Nashville girls trip and the Airbnb was perfect! Beautifully decorated and way more space than we needed for 7 of us, it was well stocked with everything we needed and a good location with a coffee shop down the road and only a 10 minute taxi to Broadway. Our only very minor suggestion would be to add a full length mirror somewhere! Thank you so much for having us to stay, we loved it!

Amazing place, super close to downtown. Also, walking distance to local gas stations made it a great location. Would definitely stay here again!

This place was great for our group trip to Nashville! Bedrooms and bathrooms were set up nicely for each individual to have their own space, while the kitchen and outdoor areas were great for group hangouts. Host is very responsive. Private garage was a nice amenity and Broadway is just a short drive away.

We had a great stay at this property! Very clean and organized! Plenty of room for 10 of us. The only thing I think that was missing is a full length mirror.

We stayed in Nashville for a family wedding and the space was perfect for our family. It was a quick ride to the wedding location and Broadway. Loved the theme throughout with ties to music and the space was spotless. We would definitely stay again!

Great stay at 8th and Argyle! Great size, lots of rooms, easy to uber back and forth to downtown. Would highly recommend.

The house was great! Very clean, easy to follow instructions for how to do everything. Comfortable beds and linens, plenty of towels and dishes. Super convenient to everywhere we wanted to go! Would highly recommend!

Great place and amenities. Had a family of 10 and fit comfortably. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything you needed and providing the extra supplies was a plus. 10 min drive to downtown. I would stay here again.

The hosts were a pleasure to deal with and continually responded in a timely fashion. The property was exceptional from the decor and “vibe” of the home to how clean and well-maintained everything was kept. Plus, anywhere you would want to go is only a 10 minute drive away, so the location was excellent. Overall, our experience at 8th & Argyle was wonderful and I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Nashville!

The VIBE @ 8TH & Argyle was great. Has a true VIBE indeed!! The place is so spacious with plenty of space for us all to hang out comfortably. We met up to enjoy Thanksgiving together and the VIBE was a perfect meeting place. The kitchen was fully equipped and well organized to make our prepping and cooking a breeze. My sister ended up arriving early and the host graciously supported an early check-in. When travels bring us back to the Nashville area.. we will definitely look to stay again!!

We had an incredible stay!

This was a beautiful 4 story townhouse. All of us enjoyed our stay. We had plenty of space for all of us with 4.5 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. Location was great. Close to Vandy and many dining options. Will definitely return. Very clean and organized! Loved!!!
